Welcome to this information page for everyone going green. It is for individuals who want to know about sustainable living and for companies who offer "Green Solutions." Anyone can post a solution or offer their service for building new conventional buildings, repairing historic buildings or constructing alternative buildings which incorporate the components that are considered sustainable. We just ask that you have a legitimate "Green Solution" to offer others and in good faith agree to support the conservation of America's limited historic resources and support the adaptive reuse of the current useable inventory of buildings when you can. Just take the pledge and submit your information to our web master: |
I pledge an allegiance to the good of the "Green" for the United States of America and to the World And to the historic structures which still stand. One philosophy under God: Not to quickly install the irreversible but still attempt to employ the durable And to actively liberate all forms of inappropriate intervention So that no new reasons are introduced which promote the premature failure of buildings or the environment Which would otherwise create pollution, waste energy and therefore be an injustice for us all. |

One common denominator among those who think and build green is the miracle building fabric called lime. It has many uses and has been with man since the beginning of earth itself. The purpose of this site is to improve the awareness of sustainability issues. This site is maintained by deGruchy's LimeWorks.US No assurance is suggested that any of the services or suppliers are legitimate and valid as green solutions. Those submitting their information must do so on the honor system by making the aforementioned pledge. They can then be listed as a resource with no other verification of credentials or scrutiny of their supply. |
